About Me

About Me

Let's get to know each other

I am a psychologist (UMCS Lublin) and a Process Work therapist (Process Work Institute, Portland, USA). I have gained professional experience through my private practice, at the Center for Women’s Rights in Żyrardów, during an internship at River’s Way Clinic in Portland, and in online therapy centers such as Psyche.Expert and Sensi Institute in Warsaw. I have also worked at the Day Ward of the Psychiatric Hospital for Children and Adolescents in Konstancin-Jeziorna, providing individual, group, relational, and family therapy, as well as support and educational groups for parents and therapeutic camps. Currently, I run a private practice in central Warsaw, offering both in-person and online sessions, always under supervision.

In my work, I use the Process Work method, which values every experience, feeling, and emotional state. It does not judge but seeks to understand. I believe that every crisis or difficulty contains deep wisdom. During sessions, we explore these meanings together, expanding awareness and fostering self-acceptance.

My personal life journey has greatly influenced the way I work. Through therapy, support groups, and inner work, I have healed from the wounds of physical and psychological abuse. Today, I am a happy, creative, and professionally active person. This experience gives me natural empathy, openness, and faith in the transformative power of my clients.
